Number of substitutes on the bench

Can we please be allowed more substitutes on the bench this year? Every league allows for more than 7 substitutes on the bench, for years now. But EA has stuck to 7. It's just not realistic and should be a very simple fix. Will we finally get more this year?

This makes such a big difference in terms of youth development. If you can just bring young players to the match, and play them occasionally when you're 3-0 up, instead of having to keep them as reserves all year.
