@EA_Aljo offline modes are not playable on PS4 unless your age restriction is lifted to 12+
Also, as you rightly point out, EA supposedly follows the parental restriction settings of the console. Where online play has been granted to an account younger than 13yrs old this is not being honoured by EAFC24. I reiterate that this experience is completely different to that which is experienced with FIFA22 and FIFA23.
Also to make it perfectly clear You can't even launch the game unless your age setting is set to 12+, despite it being a PEGI-3 rated game!
