Hey @Calebpro121 the reason why a league may or may not be part of the game can come down to a number of reasons.

We can't make any promises to you beyond passing your feedback on to the team.

Would be nice to see a couple of the smaller leagues play more of a part in the game, lot of locals would no doubt love to see their less celebrates teams in-game.
