Each code is tied to the account it was assigned to so you wouldn't be able to use someone else's code.

Do you know if I can get it exchanged or amended to be for the ps5? So it’s linked to my account but relevant for my console ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace codes that you might have received for the wrong platform. Beta codes are distributed based on the platform you recently played on. Neither our forum team nor customer service are able to provide you with a new code.
