We wouldn't be able to manually grant a replacement token as we don't have that ability, but you can verify if your accounts are properly linked together by checking the Connections section on your EA account here. If you see your gamertag listed there, that means you're connected correctly.
If you'd like to do some troubleshooting to prevent this from happening again, please try the following steps:
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
If these steps don't help, you can run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.
