What happens when the bug occurs? A player leaves the field immediately after start, then keeper disappears once I make a sub

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I can record a game for you to show how Di Maria (I play Argentina) leaves the field immediately after the game starts then once I make any sub the goal disappears as well.
What happens when the bug occurs? I loose the same player every time soon as the game starts (you see him leaves the field in a funny way). Then once I make any sub (from menu or in-game) the goalie disappears. The opponent sees that and start shooting from far and scores obviously because of no goali. I lost pretty much 90% of the last 30 games or so because of this. I have submitted multiple bug reports and no one responds.
What should be happening instead? Game runs flawlessly is what should happen
