What happens when the bug occurs? The LW and ST positions are flipped in-game as well as in the Custom Tactics menus
What should be happening instead? The squad should remain as it was selected in the Squad screen

The bug is active before I even go into game with this squad. If I open up the Custom Tactics menu from the Squad view, all Game Plans display the squad I selected, only the LW and ST positions are flipped. Picture below:
This occurs whether I've started a squad from scratch, copied a squad with the same formation from a previous squad, or changed the formation of an existing squad to 5-2-2-1.
The bug carries over into Squad Battles - I've not tested it in any other modes. When in a Squad Battle, this squad will deploy and remain in the same bugged formation(s), in all Game Plans, and in the Custom Tactics menus.
I can manually go into each Game Plan and flip the two players into the position they should be in (in this case, I'd move Kane to ST and Nunes to LW), and the game will adjust the players on the pitch accordingly. So the bug can be worked around, though it's not clear whether it impacts chemistry at all, given that the two affected players aren't playing in their intended positions. It's also annoying to have to do that for 5 Game Plans at the start of every single game.
I've been experiencing this since I first established a squad with a 5-2-2-1 formation, within the last week or so.
