Accessibility Issue with EA SPORTS FC™ 24

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue I am facing while trying to play EA SPORTS FC™ 24. Due to a disability, I am unable to use a keyboard and mouse and rely on a controller for navigation. To make this work, I use the DS4Windows software to emulate mouse functionality through the touchpad on my controller. However, the anti-cheat system seems to detect this as a violation, preventing me from enjoying the game. I kindly ask if it is possible to make an exception for my case or provide an alternative solution so that I can fully access the game like other players.
