Accessing FC 24 After Switching Consoles

I've been a FIFA player for years, but always on Xbox consoles. I decided to get a PS5 when upgrading my Xbox one, and I pre-ordered FC 24. I don't think I can carry over my FIFA 23 pre-season rewards, but can I access the Web app with what will be my new PlayStation-based ultimate team before the game launches?

@Philliefan13 If you've never played FIFA 23 on PS5 you won't be able to access the web app for FC 24 on PS5 until you log in and create a FUT team.
Progress also does not carry over cross-platform.

Hey @Philliefan13,

the answer from killerheman is correct. You will have to gain access back to the TM for the WebApp, but that hopefully shouldn't take too long, once you have access to the game.

Same but for me it's slightly different, I pre-ordered on PC but it has not been working at all and I've gone through countless threads to try and fix it but it does not work. Luckily I have a ps5 so I just want to make sure all my information and the team I built through the web app is going to be the same when I log in on my ps5. I requested a refund already for the game.
