Account can't access transfer market - Web App

Can someone explain why I can't access the webapp? I've never been banned, I've played the previous edition, I've played a lot of matches and don't tell me your bs formula about actively playing because everyone has done it. There is not a single person who has had the webapp unlocked, so at this point we have lost $100 and we know it is EA mistake

There are many people who have gained access to the market on the web app. The best I can advise is to just keep playing. The market will unlock when it's supposed to. You can find all the details for earning access in the article here.

@EA_Aljo many people and thats why there is 14 pages topic where 100 people has the same error xD stop telling us bs and just repair your bug

@patryswastaken I'm facing the same problem. Despite playing around 50 matches in the last five days, I still haven't been granted access to the transfer market.

@EA_Aljo Some members of the support team have informed me that they are unable to grant access to the web app for either myself or others. However, if it's possible to revoke access to prevent accounts with bots, I'm confident that access can be granted. It seems like you may be choosing not to do so.

Access cannot be granted by anyone. It has to be earned. I'm now going to lock this thread. If there ends up being a bug causing access not to be granted, we'll make an announcement on our official channels.
