@TOONCRAIG You can check your data log entries to see if someone had accessed your EA account. You would be able to see dates, times, location, IP address, etc.
Another option would be a DSAR (Data Subject Access Request). You need to ask them if they can do that or not.

Thanks so much, I thought I may be able to get this information so requested a DSAR this morning so it’s reassuring to know that it will be provided. Hopefully they have processed my request as haven’t received anything to confirm they are sorting and weren’t very keen on sorting anything for me really. We’ll see.

@TOONCRAIG Did you also check your EA account data log entries yet? I mentioned before that you can see things like dates, times, location, IP address, etc. It should help you determine if someone had accessed you account.

I can’t find what you’re suggesting unfortunately. There is a page with trusted devices however you can very easily untrust, this does not show me IP addresses or anything. Am I looking in the correct place or not?
