@TOONCRAIG Did you also check your EA account data log entries yet? I mentioned before that you can see things like dates, times, location, IP address, etc. It should help you determine if someone had accessed you account.
I can’t find what you’re suggesting unfortunately. There is a page with trusted devices however you can very easily untrust, this does not show me IP addresses or anything. Am I looking in the correct place or not?

@TOONCRAIG When you log into your EA account on the Official EA help web page you should see the Manage my Account option. From there you click on account security and you should then be on the web page called Customer Portal where you can see your account information.
From there you will see the option Your EA data click on that and then you will see the option to Request a Download click on that and wait until it is done downloading. Make sure to not exit the web browser when it is downloading the data for you.
After you are done downloading the data you should be able to see your data entries.
