Activate profile error

Please i want your help
Everytime i log into eafc 24 ultimate team
I get this message
“You need to activate your profile in order to perform this action”
And i activate my profile and save it.
But still everytime i log in i have the same issue 

could you please help ..why do i have to activate my profile everytime i log in to eafc24 

i never faced such issue with the previous versions
