advance button not working after finishing rivals game

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by finishing a rivals match it will not be able to advance and it will be stuck on the screen when u finish division rivals match
What happens when the bug occurs? the advance button doesn’t work therefore i can’t advanced to the ultimate team home
What should be happening instead? it should send me to the ultimate team home
