Same here. I don't know what to do. It's very frustrating.

I have FC24, and I just completely closed out of the EA application and restarted my PC and the error didn't appear again. However, with the latest patch, FC24 crashes when I get to the menu screen (can't play anything)

I recently bought another computer, where I installed the EA app and downloaded EA FC24. After installation, the game didn’t start because it showed the following error: 'EA AntiCheat Service encountered an error.' What is the reason for this? On the new computer I logged in while I was logged out on my old one, so I was only active on one device at a time. What is the reason I can’t play the game on two different computers, even though I’m only active on one of them? I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but unfortunately it didn’t help. The drivers are fine and everything is updated. I’ve attached the error message that appears when launching the game.

Found a workaround that fixed it for FC24 on my side: Hide TPM in BIOS or switch from TPM 1.2 to 2.0
