Platform: PC Game: FIFA 23 EA Help Case Number: 230252414 I’ve executed every known fix for EA Anti-Cheat and FIFA 23, including: - Full uninstall of EA App, FIFA 23, and EA Anti-Cheat - Manual deletion of leftover folders, cache, and registry entries - Reinstallation of EA Anti-Cheat with Secure Boot enabled - Manual recreation of Anti-Cheat service and certificate injection - Controlled restarts after each step - Comparison of integrated vs standalone Anti-Cheat installers Despite this, the game fails to launch. The Anti-Cheat window loops into “performing reinstallation,” and the same error persists: The error message is consistent and repeatable: EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart your PC. C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe (7) (2) Internal error #4: C0000210 – Dumping failed. This confirms the issue is not caused by local setup or user error. EA support acknowledged the problem but redirected me here instead of escalating internally. I am posting this to demand visibility and proper escalation. Hi everyone, can someone say what is the problem and how i can fix it? Game will start as ususl, loading screen display, connect to the EA account is OK also, but then will display attached screen and nothing works…. 🫣 music plays in the background, you can skip songs, but this is the only thing is possible to do. Hi, I recently re downloaded the game from Steam on my new computer after having not played for almost 18 months. It's now been 15 hours since I completed the download and everytime I try to open the game it says that it is impossible due to an error on EA's side. Do you have any ideas why ? What's the point of buying a game you can't play anymore after a year? I tried in many ways make this game work. It just don't starts. I wanna be able to play it offiline just like when people get a pirate version of it. I just want to have fun. I am unable to launch EA SPORTS FC 24 due to the anticheat error "EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart the game. (94)". This issue started after a system crash (blue screen) that occurred when I attempted to open the game while another game using Easy Anti-Cheat (Fortnite) was active. The crash appears to have corrupted the anticheat system. Troubleshooting Steps Performed: Restarted the PC and launched the game as an administrator. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game through the Steam. Verified game file integrity (Steam) Manually uninstalled and reinstalled the anticheat (EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe) from the game's installation folder. Manually deleted the anticheat service from the command line (sc delete EAAntiCheatService) and then reinstalled it. This process returned "Error 87: The parameter is incorrect," indicating a corrupted registry entry. Checked Windows system files using sfc /scannow. No integrity violations were found. Repaired the system image using DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth. The operation completed successfully, but the issue persists. Cleared the temporary files folder (%temp%) and disabled all background programs and overlays.I can't open FC 24
I bought FC 24 on my PC a few months after it came out, and everything was fine with it for a while. One day, after an update had completed, I tried to open the game, but whatever I tried, it didn't open- on epic games (where I bought it), whenever I tried to launch it, it would show that it was launching, but revert back and show an error page. When i tried to open it on the EA app, it showed 'update complete' and it used to show up in my library, but would again say there was an error. Eventually, it stopped even showing up in my EA library and start asking me to re-purchase whenever I tried to open it. I need help to move on with this and either get the game back, or a full refund for the game. How can I contact someone from EA to figure this out?
