Any way to link a new twitch account or contact help?

&nbsp;I had some problems last year linking another game through Amazon Prime to my twitch acct, so i had to make a new twitch account to link to it. Now, EA won't allow me to link this EA account to my new twitch acct as they only allow 1 link per account life. MY question is 2 fold; 1. Is there any way to link this EA account to my newest twitch and 2. if not and EA help are dead set against allowing me to, creating a new EA account will solve this problem but I will, presumably lose all my EAFC 24 progress right?Any thoughts on what I can/should do?

Yeah, i know how to link my accounts. My problem is, I changed my twitch account and EA is not allowing a current EA account to be linked to a new twitch account. You can only link an EA account to 1 twitch account in its life. I was hoping for a way to get around that. seems a waste to lose everything.
