Audio cuts and the game crashes after (PC)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? upon entering the position selection in the pre-match screen the audio cuts and then the game closes, I'm assuming its linked to the change into voice chat.
What happens when the bug occurs? The audio cuts, then around a minute later the game closes
What should be happening instead? the game shouldn't be closing itself

I can start the game up perfectly, no problem at all and my pc isn't under the recommended specifications. But, when I enter the pro clubs section where you and your friends pick the positions before entering a match the audio cuts for a second, which is causing my discord to bug and stop me from hearing or talking in my calls until I leave and re-join. about a minute or two after the audio issue the game just closes without giving me a crash error or anything. I've also tried online friendlies and have the same problem as soon as I send the invite to my friends it goes to the lobby screen and the audio cuts and the same mentioned above happens, I assume its an audio related bug since it only closes after the audio cuts, I managed to spend ages creating my pro clubs character completely fine with out it crashing.

I've tried reinstalling, turning the voice chat off in the settings, repairing the files of the game, clearing the cache on the EA application, uninstalling and reinstalling the anti-cheat, I tried it out of a call even with discord not running and it still does the same thing and from what I've seen no one has had the same issue yet. It's rather annoying that I spent a fair bit of money on a game just to stare at the menu and not being able to play it.
