Banned after the 3 own goals bug

There was a bug, that if you score 3 own goals you can get the game marked as game played and you can you your objectives very eazy. Today I played like 30-35 games and I used that bug for 2-3 games....

Yea, i have 2 cases, 1 dispute on E-mail and 1 on live chat with an agent. He said i can get the answer in 10 days max and only 7 days for ban. I went in another life chat and that guys said is permanently so I dont f know about my ban.  Im hoping i dont wait 10 days for and email
