banned for no reason

i got banned for no reason i open 4 ticket on official already please do something it's been 4 days since I got banned

    I'm sorry to say, we cannot help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. You'll just need to wait for a response to your case. ToS will email you when the investigation completes.

i got banned 31 July and its 3 July now how much do i need to wait m8 if I did something or idk like cheating bot or whatever i was ok with waiting but I'm not a pro I'm just casual gamer I don't play that much and I want to do event and stuff in Ut I'm just stuck by Ea mistake I play eafc24 for fun not for anything special I mean whatever how much do I need to wait more I'm sure they don't give me answer XD

      lowest quality of service I ever see in my life I don't say that to you I mean ppl who have responsibilities for that action that's just wrong and its bad

        I understand the wait is frustrating. Terms of Service is working through their queue as quickly as they can. They will respond as soon as possible.

        I'm now going to lock this thread since we can't assist with this over Answers HQ.
