I’m just going through the exact same thing as you.
I sold a low rated player that I packed initially, that was selling quickly for a certain sbc at that time.
So I brought I load more of them when people were putting them on the transfer market for around 450 coins, then they were selling for around 4-5 k each.
I earned around 200k and ea sanctioned me immediately, wiped all of my previous coins, plus the coins I made, i when I questioned what an earth had i done wrong they issued the same statement as yours.
I’ve spent my own money buying fifa points over the last 5 months, and they have taken this away from me, for nothing I have done wrong.
I'm totally disgusted with this, and I will be taking
taking this further if I have to.

What is sad is the company (EA) participates in a capitalist market... Yet they frown upon players who do it in the game . It's about supply and demand. It you know what's going to be "hot" and invest your time and money (virtual or real) aquirring certain things that will sell for a profit THROUGH THE GAMES MARKET (NOT A THIRD PARTY TABOO WEBSITE) then what's the problem? You take the risk of not being able to sell said items. .. heck .. look at what EA has done with TOTS... Everyone is getting high ranked cards and when you try to sell a tradable version, you can't get squat for them...
