Blue Screen of Death after opening EA FC 24

Question

I just bought the game and when I started the game I got a blue screen and error "KERNEL APC PENDING DURING EXIT", I managed to solve this thanks to the solution offered in another thread by @Cypress_CH (disabling the ASUS drivers), now I don't have that blue screen, but when I open and select the controller/keyboard buttons configuration (after the initial EA screen), the game crashes without error and returns me to the desktop.

Do you know what it can be? I would not like to have to return the game because I have an ASUS motherboard....

i have the same problem, its so unfair... but my pc restart everytime i quit the game......... EA don´t resolve the forum critics ? :C if i can refund the game i want to do it

@jcat1x&nbsp;&nbsp;@RlaxJ&nbsp;&nbsp;I've managed to fix it by removing my personal settings in the screen you have to pick them, and creating a new one, hope it helps! 😉When you open the game, after the first loading screen (logo and such), you have to pick your settings (controller settings, etc.), you have the option to pick them and you can also delete them in that same screen (check the buttons at the right bottom, just find the button that deletes it and then just create a new one, it worked for me)

I just got bsod there with ntoskrnel line. All I did was open fc24. This did happen many months ago and it resolved after a fresh install. But my days this company just never stops with it's issues&nbsp;
