Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I completed the match Squad Battles or Rivals, it does do progress. There are 3 stage, I was able to complete the first 2 this morning. But just after tonight, it didn't progress I already played 3 games and no progress on the 3rd stage at all.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no progress still 0/3

We understand that you are unable to complete the level 3 in some evolutions.
We've passed it on to the team for investigation.
Thanks. My attacking fullback stopped progressing its evolution during level 3 objectives.. I have one played rivals match that counted, but after that nothng.. even if I have done all the objectives needed few times and restarted the whole console. Hope it get fixed soon.
Dear EA , I have the same issue with Attacking Fullback Evolution Level 3. I have reinstalled the game but games are still counting into the evo.

Same problem lvl3 can't be finished, I hope EA fix it early as they charge.
It counted my second rivals game to2/2 with attacking fullback level3 evolution but those challenges with assists and wins needed still dont count at all.
I have this same issue - I have also lost the skins to my cards - see pictures
I fixed the skin cards before, by deleting the game and install it again.
