Bug in players’ cards

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:PlayStation 5

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Squad Battles
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 03/05/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 09:00 PM
What is your time zone? EAT - GMT + 3:00
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just by opening ultimate team
What happens when the bug occurs? All players’ cards on ultimate team is gray and “ Not Found “ is written above the name of the player in the card
What should be happening instead? Events’ cards should be demonstrated e.g. TOTS card

I have a problem with Ultimate Team, I am on PS4 and all the cards in UT are grey with not found at the top. This issue started last week and since then it hasn't disappeared there is a solution to this?

EA fix My game....PS4...all players IS Gray, not found...Been since last patch...i need compensation for this annoing Bug. @

My friend tried these steps and it worked for him. See if this works for you too.
First, try deleting profile in FC24 and create new one. Restart the game.
If this doesn't work for you then try by uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Have this issue aswell, have had it since start of prem tots.
it ruins the game and menu’s not seeing things properly, and makes doing SBC’s awful as you can’t see rare cards against commons.
massive compo should be given!

I’ve been waiting 10 days for support to reply still heard nothing. Nepenthe FB has same issue he thinks you have to uninstall and reload whole game
