bug report about fc 24 flashing lights glitch

hello, recently ive gotten a bug wich couldnt be fixed even with the help of 5 diffrent ea employes and they couldnt resolve the problem was told to go to forums

so the problem is while trying to play fc 24 get to the loading screen and then the game starts to flash random lights and its unplayable 

im unable to send a video i can send to someone if requested
