Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find it when doing my season completion redemption
What happens when the bug occurs? When I go to the store I can't find the idol 87+ redemption pack. Since I didn't open any packages.
What should be happening instead? the pack will be available in the “store” tab under “my packs”
when redeeming the season completion prize. I chose the idol 87+ pack option. When you click on redeem, everything is ok. When I went to the “store” tab to open my redemption, I didn’t find it. I'm recording a video to show you. it just doesn't show up and I haven't opened it at all.

Hi @Fe_goleiro1, You can only view 30 packs from your Platform; that's why you couldn't find the pack in the video you shared.
If you want to open only that redeemed pack, you can just log into the Web/Companion App and scroll down until you find it.
