Hi i purchase the ultimate edition of EAFC24 on playstation store and from the time till release theres no commentary sound at all on ps5 console. Tried uninstall and installing back and it wont help at all. I only can hear the crowd chant and theres no volume or whatsoever problem with my tv. I also checked the settings of the game and volume of commentary is max but i no hear anything

If they are configured to 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound and you don';t have a home theatre system, the commentary might not be audible as it's directed through the centre speaker. To rectify this, adjust your audio to stereo mode, and it should resolve the issue.
