Can’t connect to EA servers on PSN network.

Hey, since 28th Dec 23 I couldn’t connect to EA servers on my PS5 . I happened after i traveled for one week. I check all basic troubleshooting but still not connecting such as: 1- reset my router...

Unfortunately, I’ve done all steps in the link still facing same issue.

there is something wrong with EA servers because with my internet connection i can play other games (not EA).
I really don’t know what to do to solve this issue .

would reset factory settings of the ps5 work ??
