Can’t enter a game
Once I advance to any matchmaking screen the I can’t advance to any game, any help would be appreciated

It seems like my controller is freezing up when it gets to certain screens. I entered the squad builder screen and I can’t select anything with the controller or even back out. Does the same on the matchmaking screen. This is two days I have been unable to play. Open to reimbursement for lack of access as well. I spend enough money with EA.
Started working again for a day, now it’s freezing up again. This is ridiculous.
