Can’t play Online in Xbox Cloud gaming

Hello, I just wanted to play Fc 24 on Xbox Cloud Gaming but When i wanted to go to UT a error message was there and it said: “You have lost your online connection. Check your Home network.You will not be able to access FC’s online Features until you can reconnect to EA servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more.”

After that i went to the website but i tried everything but nothing worked. I still can’t play UT since 2 months and i’m still waiting and I hope i can play FC 24 UT again one day.

Please fix this EA.
