Connection Issue with EA Servers on Xbox Series S/X – FC 24
Hi everyone, I’ve recently encountered a frustrating issue with FC 24 on my Xbox Series S that I hope someone can help with. Up until yesterday, I was able to play FC 24 online without any problems. However, since then, every time I try to connect to the EA servers, I get the following error message: “You lost your online connection. Check your home network.” What’s strange is that my home network is working perfectly. I’ve tested other online games on the same console, and they all connect and run without any issues. Even more confusing, I installed the Xbox One version of FC 24 on the same console, and it connects online without any problems. So the issue seems to affect only the Series S/X version of the game. I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting like restarting the console, checking for updates, and resetting my router — nothing has worked so far. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I bought a gamepass to play EA FC 24 2 days ago, but even though I downloaded and installed the game, the game automatically closes itself 15-20 seconds after the opening screen appears. I opened an Xbox support request and reported this, but they directed me here, please help. Xbox gives extension error before starting the game We are having trouble connecting to this extension EA app. Try restarting the Xbox app or contacting EA app support. I bought pc game pass I wrote to xbox support request for 2 days and was directed here
Can’t access online features
I have now tried for a few days to gain access to the online features in FC 24. The game boots up fine, but says I need to reset my password because it has expired. I scan the QR code displayed on screen, change the code and so on. But nothing happens in the game. Any suggestions. I have tried uninstalling the game 2 times. And yes, I have PS plus
Screen error in the game
Today I was logging into FC24 as usual and out of nowhere it stopped loading, I didn't update drivers or anything. And after choosing the progress, the game starts flashing with different colors but the background noise is heard. What can it be? I uninstalled it and nothing and I put it to verify files from the same steam and nothing. Clarifying that it is the only game where this happens, others load normally.
Issue with ea servers
When i play online servers it appears me that there are issues with the servers. I can't play Volta, Clubes, and Cooperative Team, beacuse of that. I have good wifi and when i'm playing it appears a message that says: you lost your connection with the ea servers. This must be a connection problem or something like that.i can also say that i'm from ps4 and from argentina. (With good wifi) i dont play with Cable Lan
