PLEASE EA SUPPORT TEAM RESPOND
whenever i play the game i plug in a controller but the game still picks up the mouse input as if im playing with the mouse. it is stuck to the center of the screen and interrupts the controller input and player behavior. i try to move it to the top of the screen or the to corner and after a few seconds it resets back to the center and interrupts the input. this is a known issue with no solution from you as far as ive seen online to try and solve it. i tried unplugging the mouse entirely but it somehow still resets to the middle and does the same. i tried deleting the mouse from device manager so it doesnt exist in the playing session and still the problem occurs. i tried opening the game with mouse and keyboard, cahnged the input mode to keyboard only and still the mouse is reset in the middle as if im using it. i tried fullscreen, borderless, windowed and in all of them i moved the mouse away waited until the icon is gone continued with the controller and still. please help me.
I havent been able to play FC24 for over 10 hours
After a long time today I downloaded the game to play fifa24 and I regret downloading it. It has been more than 10 hours since I downloaded it but I cannot enter the game. I get the errors I mentioned in the attachments and we cannot find a solution in any way. Although I have tried every way to fix it, I cannot enter the game. Since I am not at home, my internet is not unlimited, so I do not have the chance to delete and install the game.My game is not opening for some reason I don't know

XCloud: Unable to connect to the EA servers.
I get following error when playing FC 24 on XCloud 'Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your network connection'. I cannot change any network settings because I don't have access to it and it uses the network of the servers of Xbox which could not be the problem because other XCloud users can play online. I tried both versions of the game, Xbox One and Series S/X. Can someone help. I am not banned if I need to believe the website.Lost online connection
Hello, I’ve been trying to play online but keep getting a message that say lost connection. I play it on a Nintendo switch. I have checked and reset my router, I can play other games online with no problems and I have verified my Nintendo online membership is up working. I have also cleared my cache. I don’t know what else to do please help!!Can’t play Online in Xbox Cloud gaming
Hello, I just wanted to play Fc 24 on Xbox Cloud Gaming but When i wanted to go to UT a error message was there and it said: “You have lost your online connection. Check your Home network.You will not be able to access FC’s online Features until you can reconnect to EA servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more.” After that i went to the website but i tried everything but nothing worked. I still can’t play UT since 2 months and i’m still waiting and I hope i can play FC 24 UT again one day. Please fix this EA.
