Can’t claim Milestones reward - List 1000 Market Mastery

I completed the list a 1,000 players on the transfer market objective, but it will not let me claim the reward. Keeps closing out objectives then says to try again later.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have the "List 1000" objective reward under "Transfer Market Mastery" to claim, but each time I try to claim the reward, I am met with a message saying "We have encountered an issue, please try again" and booted out of the Objectives section. Rarely, I will select to claim the reward and be taken to a section as if I am able to choose what to do with the reward, but it does not appear.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a message saying "We have encountered an issue, please try again" and I am booted out of the Objectives section.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to claim the reward and then no longer be able to see it prompting to be claimed under Objectives.

Apologies in advance, but where it asks me to select "Which part of the mode?" in this forum, there does not appear to be an option for "Objectives".

I also face this problem , can't collect the objective on ea fc 24 ps4 console,.

I finished listing 1000 players. But I can‘t claim the last challenge called „List 1,000“. It says it‘s not found (see picture). I tried claiming it on ps5, ps4 and companion (mobile phone)

Does someone know how to fix this?

I have a problem inside objectives. I have earned the goal called , put 1000 for sale! But when I press it, it says,, a problem occurred. Try again! And running out of goals! Is there anyone who can help?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the milestones , Transfer Market Mastery, List 1000 objective, claim reward by clicking on the List 1000 objective.
What happens when the bug occurs? A pop up message says "We have encountered an issue, please try again", When I press the A button to close the message box I am sent back to the objectives main page.
What should be happening instead? The rewards should be awarded to my account and returned to the Transfer Market Mastery page.
