Can i move my sons eafc24 account from.switch to his new xbox series s.

My.son currently plays eafc24 on his switch but is getting an xbox series s for his birthday. We have purchased eafc24 for the xbox. How do we transfer his ultimate team without losing it? Do we just...

    Hi there, @Smudge017 

    I'm very sorry to say, content and progress cannot be transferred between platform accounts. He would need to start over on the Xbox account.

That's absolutely understandable. I'd hate to have to start over as well. Especially, this long after release when I imagine he's built up a good club. He may want to finish out the season on Switch and move to Xbox when the next game releases.
