Can someone from EA actually just help me? Helpdesk no answer in a week.

Who do I contact to get help? EA Help/ Official support there is absolutely no one answering for over a week now.  I've sat behind waiting 8 hours for 3 hours with waiting time supposed to me 0...

I am not sure ea does phone support anymore do they?  If you can’t get chat you should be able to contact them through email. I’ve seen if you keep reopening cases it may take longer so not sure if you have done that or even gotten that far.
