Can you guys help me log into fifa companion app

Every time I go try log into Fifa companion app I type my email in right, and when it goes to send a verification code at the end of the email they add a period so I never get a verification code. Co...

    yeah I typed in the right email and checked my spam and junk folder.

    its just adds a period at the end of the email when it goes to send a verification code
