Cannot access Volta or Ultimate Team, or any online feature on F1 22 (PC)
I am begging for help at this point, had this issue for as long as I can remember and I'm at my wits end now. I've spoken to multiple advisors at EA and nobody can help it appears.
On F1 22 I cannot access any online feature, instead I get an error (see attached screenshot). I can access the online features on my Xbox console on F1 22, but not on my PC.
On FC 24 I cannot access volta or Ultimate team (also see screenshots). I can access Pro Clubs no problem though.
I have tried almost every troubleshooting method, such as resetting Windows/performing a clean install of Windows, installing EA App + FC24 with nothing else installed, various PowerShell commands, changing DNS servers, performing a clean boot, repairing/resetting the EA app, checking Windows Firewall is not blocking EA app/games, an EA advisor also said they changed a setting on my account which didn't do anything.
The thing is too, is my friend also has FC 24 on his PC and he can access all modes no problem on his PC. I signed in to my account on his PC and immediately he cannot access those same features anymore, the same as what I am experiencing on my own PC. So it seems it is an issue from EA side to do with my account, and nothing to do with my hardware/settings.
Can anybody relate? Or have any advice on what to do? From my perspective since its nothing to do with my PC, I don't think there's anything I can do, other than hope and pray that someone from EA sees this.
