What happens when the bug occurs? Trying to claim the player i bought, and i see an error "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu", and after it kicks me out
What should be happening instead? I should be able to claim the player i bought

Cannot claim a Player I bought

I bought a player on transfer market and when I press to claim it says "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu" and kicks me out.
I tried to restart my game/console but nothing happens
