We bought FC24 (Ninetendo) for my son 2 weeks ago. He is unable to connect EA server. We have no idea how to fix it and EA help regarding unable -to-connect doesn't help at all. Anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Hello, it says 'you lost your connection to the EA servers. Sign back in to access online features. See ea.com/unable-to-connect'. We try to do it, but still same issues.

Yes but it not helps. I don't play Nintendo games and no clue how to help my son to fix it. Is there any number I can call or anyone can show me how to fix it step by step?
