Cannot pause game in Rivals
I'm playing Division Rivals on PS4 and during most games it doesn't let me pause during gameplay. I also cannot make quick subs, the only time I can make subs is at half time. I'm not having the issu...

@jhess410 I just now had this issue in Squad Battles on PS5. The game just wouldn’t pause despite working fine in other sessions.
I connected another controller but the issue persisted. I hard pressed the PS button to go to the system menu and could test that Option button worked fine (had the option to close game, check for update etc on EA FC tile). Without thinking, I subsequently started another match afterwards and had to go through to the end, still without pause / team management functionality.

The only fix I've found is that reloading the game tends to fix the problem, however, you'll need to check settings as they get reset too
This has just happened again. This time in Rivals.
What is the criteria here for at least getting bugs acknowledged?
And again. In the prior game, the previous opponent quit mid match (after Madders scored directly from a corner!) but I doubt that has anything to do with it, besides as I had no need to pause in that match, I don’t know whether the issue was already prevalent.
