Cannot play any EA sports live game bc email isn’t accessible anymore HELP

I am not able to play Ea FC online nor madden bc I used an email linked that no longer exists. I’ve created NEW Ea accounts, sign into them, confirm the code, and the games still disconnect me from the EA SERVERS EVEN THO IM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. 

EA PLEASE ANSWER ME THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING
