Can't connect to any online gamemode

Hello,

Since around a week ago I have not been able to access any of the online game modes within EA FC24. Before this occurred, I had only played clubs but checking today, the game now can't even find my created clubs pro. 

When entering a game mode such as Ultimate team I get a message saying that an error has occurred downloading the Football Ultimate Team squad update and to try again. The game then freezes and I have to crash it. Other game modes such as seasons tell me I am unable to connect to the EA servers or an error has occurred.  This is despite the game giving me the message that I am connecting when I first start the game and this doesn't give me any error.

Any idea how I fix this? My internet connection is fast and stable and all other online games on my pc work for me, including some EA games. My EA app is open and I am online. I have tried reinstalling the game and verifying the game files.

    Just got word on this. This is something that the team is actively investigating, so most troubleshooting isn't going to resolve this for everyone. Please allow time for them to get things in order.

    This is not on your end. Hopefully, this will be updated quickly and we will get you back in games as soon as we can.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I am unable to try another connection right now as my PC is a desktop that uses a wired connection and has no Wifi capability.

    I have however tried the game on my friend's laptop using the same wifi network I use for my desktop and was able to connect to Ultimate team and volta which I can't on my desktop.

    I purchased the game on Steam. 

    What can I do to correct this?

    @vNinjazz i found a temporary fix idk if it will work for u but u can use a vpn idk if its against tos tho

    @EA_LeonSK its pretty sad to see that there seems to be no solution for this still. I got the same issue and tried the above and it still doesnt work. No words on any official account when this is fixed and i payed the preorder on ur EA-App. Or what is the solution. Its says solved but the last post from the first person that mentioned it was that it still didnt work....

    Hey,

    For me the issue has been ongoing since November, no fixes, I can play FUT just fine, but not any online modes.

    Any word on what could be done about this, please?

    Hello I am also having this issue but on the xbox X series.

    I reset my xbox and my router multiple times and it did not work.

    I decided to Uninstall the game and try to redownload it.

    When I try to re download the game, it starts to download and then it goes 20mbps even though when i test my connection it says i have 900 mbps.

    I paused the FC 24 download and downloaded another game and it used 500-600 mbps and downloaded quickly.

    it seems like the ea servers are going in and out for my xbox.

    This is extremely frustrating and i would like to just play my Ea games.

    PLEASE have a solution for me!

    I have also been experiencing this issue. I managed to get it to work by changing the IP address of my internet router (you have to change this on the configuration webpage of your router).

    Also can't connect to fifa 23 or fc24. I was playing them just fine last night. Now it just keeps telling me I can't connect. And I can gt ahold of anyone.
