If you are having trouble with access to the Store due to the resolution error, please try to change resolution settings and then restart your PC.
Ensure that your graphics drivers and system are up-to-date.
If that won't work, delete the existing Settings file from \Documents\FC 24\settings folder on your PC and change the resolution again.
Check also if your Documents folder is saved on your hard drive or any of the file storage and synchronization services like One Drive.
If the problem continues please send us the following information:
- Username:
- Summary of Issue:
- When exactly you receive the error :
- Recent Timestamp for the last attempt (Date, Time, Timezone):
- Your current desktop resolution:
- Steps you already tried:
- Dxdiag reports are also extremely useful.

are you planning on fixing this soon? it's extremely frustrating and annoying to keep changing resolution everytime you want to enter store.
