Cant input on select a side screen

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everytime I get to the select a side screen...
What happens when the bug occurs? I go through squad battles, advance with my squad then I can't select anything and I'm locked onto the screen. The backgrounds moving and my controller is working fine as I can access my freinds list etc.
What should be happening instead? I get to play the game I paid for... -_-
