CAN'T MOVE EVO PLAYER FROM THE DUPLICATE LIST TO MY CLUB

any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried (like restarting your device) - Tried everything, reinstalled game, used web app, mobile app

I have ALABA 89 EVOLUTION CARD in the DUPLICATE section of unassigned list. At this time, I don't see any ALABAs in my club. When I click "Swap Duplicate item from CLub" I get Failed to Move items error. See attached screenshot. If I click "Swap in all Tradeable Duplicate items" in the menu, I see the same error + I can see "Connection Lost" error Sorry, a server error has occurred. Please check your network connection and try again.. In PS5, I even can't open a store, it throws . Please check your network connection and try again.. Could you please move the player ALABA 89 into my club.

This issue blocks store, openings packs, -> collecting SBC since no resources for them

  • @sadney7I have the Same Issue and many Others to there are some other Bug reports with 900+ messages to this topic since September but EA dosent seem to care at all. If you try to kontact them they say something like Our Team is currently working on the Problem. But that isnt true at all because how i just said the Bug is there since September but it isnt all hopeless the most people not all but the most said that they can Quicksold them when the Evo is expired but only in webapp. I tried everything to fix this but Nothing other seems to work. I even try to ask the Support self if they can remove the card from my Club but after my second email i didnt even get an answer they will most likley never fix this. I feel sry for you buddy. When i find a way to fix this i will let you know.

  • Had the same issue myself. I have packs I can't 70 off them makes game unplayable has u can't use the store and open objective packs and also can't make purchase from them market has it plays up and don't let u store itp

    Constant sever errors constantly saying this can't be stored even if the dup ain't in your clubs 

  • EA are just blatantly lying or trolling us at this point. I have screenshots of false promises from about 10 different EA help employees. Promising compensation etc. The fact is they don't care! I've had a 91 capdevilla stuck since december! Its absolutely unacceptable. I've spent about £600 for a game I can't play and if you tag or make a bug post about it, be sure that the EA employees will remain completely silent on these threads! I'm so angry with them.

  • i really have bad news for you, i have this issue before TOTY about 30 days, and i’ve collected at the moment 265 packs the only * response that the indians midgets at the help chat is that “our team is aware of this problem, we’ll solve it asap”, the solution is to wait to the evo to expire and obviously lose the player even if you spent real money, in my case i have 37+ days to go good luck boi
