Cant move or click anyting on EA FC 24

If I for exampel go to collect rewards from objectives or try to buy players from the tranfermarket my game "freezes" sometimes. When it freezes it doest just completly freeze as I can still hear the...

Happens to me from time to time too. Playing ps5 controller on PC.
