Can't play EA FC on ps4 and ps5

I can't play EA FC 24 on my playstation 4 after i've bought it on my playstation 5.

    Hi @wbongo, if you bought the physical disc of FC 24, you may be unable to install the game on your PS4.

So I just bought the physical edition of EAFC 24 for ps5. On the website it says that both standard (which I have) and ultimate editions get dual entitlement, yet even after copying the disc onto my console I can't get the ps4 version which sucks because all my friends play on xbox 1 so I need the ps4 version to play with them. Any ideas on how to fix this?
