Can't remove a revoked game from my library

tldr: I need a revoked game removed from my library so I can purchase it again.

EA charged the wrong payment, and sent me 3 pending charges all at once. then EA help chat said they couldn't fix it, that it was a problem on the payment side. So I talked to Paypal, who sided with me and did a charge back. This is apparently against terms for some dumb reason. So EA sanctioned me and revoked the game. Guess you guys don't want my money? Because now I can't reorder the game as it is considered to still be in my library. I would really have liked to pay for it just the one time from my payment of choice, but, alas, it is not meant t be I guess. But I have been getting the run around for almost 2 weeks now.

I have put a lot of money into the sims over the years, and have been playing for over 20 years. And I have been nothing but calm and polite to the EA chat help. So can EA please return the favor and respond to me and fix this? (Cashes cleared, and it isn't a connection or OS issue.)
