Can't save progress because there is no "FC 24" file

Hello. Hope everyone is doing great.  So, I have been experiencing this issue for the past 2 days (since I baught the game) When I load in the game it obviously has to show me a page where it sais ...

    Okay. so.. here's what I finally did. I made a whole new user with administrative permissions on my Device and downloaded fifa there which worked for me.

    (Take note that my already existing user had all administrative permissions but somehow couldnt work)

I might as well give up. Nothing has been working out for me all these days. I'm just trying new methods and nothing. The game just doesn't want to work.

yeah still trying. nothing new, nothing solved. No actually support from here and the game so annoying.

CAN ANYONE ACTUALLY FIX THAT ???

    right click on fc24 icon from desktop - properties - security - group or user names make sure that all the files from there have full control of your pc. ( allow all) after that reboot your PC and try.
