Can't take a screenshot or screen capture

I can't take a screenshot - looks like something is preventing the contents from being displayed to the screen when any sort of capture is active. In OBS, it doesn't show anything from the game if try capturing the display it's on OR capture from the executable's window.

Windows 10 with an nVidia 3060 and the latest drivers.
