Career mod crashes

Hi, Im having some issues with my manager career mode, in the moment I open it, the game just shuts down and I cant open it again, I thought the solution was to charge it from the menu because the autosave was the one that was causing me troubles, but a day after, even the original file is shutting down my game, I play on PC, is there a solution? or what can I do, please help!!!
